I had the pleasure of sitting down with Coach Fendley who has served as a Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and Special Teams Coordinator. He has a great football mind and is one of the best in the business.

I had the opportunity to sit down with 2 coaches who are under the age of 30. Coach Eli Bills- 3rd year as a coach HS coach. Has experience coaching WRs and CBs. Coach Raw- Began his coaching career in the recruiting world and has helped countless student-athletes achieve the dream of playing in college. Also has been on the 30 Coaches Under 30 list a few times. It was a pleasure to sit down with both of these individuals and discuss how they entered the space of High School coaching.

This is an insight into some of the differences in coaching High School Football in Georgia and Florida. It's an on going debate about who is better so you can decide on your own. 

The players feed off the coaches. It's important for high school Coaches to control their emotions. Leaders lead and if they are doing a good job the kids will follow. But what you put out there is what the kids will soak in. 

These are my views. I am giving my insight on things involved in coaching high school sports. What is happening and how can we continue to help these young men and women.
